Postage & Packing

Poster prices include P&P. Posters are normally sent in postal tubes. Large orders may be packed differently. If you require a specific method of packing please contact us prior to ordering as we can usually accommodate most special requests.

Deliveries within the UK are sent by Royal Mail 1st class Recorded (Signed For) or Special Delivery, depending on the total value of goods to ensure adequate compensation in the event of loss. Rest of world deliveries are sent by International Airmail Signed For.

We aim to despatch within two days of order; in practice we often despatch on the day of order (time permitting) or the following day.

We cannot be held responsible for delivery when the consignment has been posted and out of our control. In the event of a consignment not being delivered, we will try to obtain compensation. If we are successful, we will refund your payment.

All deliveries must be signed for. If you provide a wrong delivery address and/or your goods are signed for by another party, we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred as a result. On receipt of goods, for your protection please make sure you check the packaging carefully for any signs of visible damage and if necessary, obtain recognition of that damage when signing for the delivery.

All items are priced in UK Stirling (VAT is not applicable).
On-line purchases from this web site are handled by PayPal merchant account "Japanese Style".
Please make sure the e-mail address you provide is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order as all order communication is sent to that e-mail address.
Any contracts or agreements formed between you and Haiku Visions by means of this web site shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Every effort is made to give an accurate description of products. The images of products on this web site have been created using a calibrated monitor to ensure correct rendition and accurate colours. However the colour rendition of different monitors does vary and there will inevitably be variation between the actual products (viewed by reflected light) and how it is perceived in web pages (viewed by transmitted light) on the monitor you are using.

Returns Policy

Under the UK distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. You should inform us of your intention to return the goods, and return them at your cost in the same condition in which they were sent to you, and in a manner or original packaging which ensures that we receive them in the same good condition.

We use secure packaging for postage, but in the unlikely event of damage during shipment, the item(s) will be replaced (or refunded in the event of a direct replacement not being possible) providing we are informed upon receipt and the damaged item(s) are returned with the original packaging without delay. All our shipment methods require a signature on receipt of delivery and any damage must be noted when you are signing for receipt of the delivery; without this acknowledgement of damage we will not accept any claim for damage during shipment. It is your responsibility to inspect your delivery for damage before signing.
